When will my deposit be refunded?
Once we have checked your rental item back in and confirmed that there is no damage or late fees attached to the item we will refund your deposit. If there are any late fees or damages then the repair costs or late fees will be deducted from your deposit before it is refunded.
Please allow one week from return of item for your deposit to be refunded.
How can I track my parcel?
We use Courier Guy as our preferred courier. Head over to their website and use the tracking number in the email received after your package is dispatched.
Where is Go Gear based?
We are based in Johannesburg South Africa but at this stage are a purely online store
What is the minimum number of days I can rent an item for?
On most of our products the minimum number of rental days is 2 days. Some of our products require a higher minimum number of days.
What is the maximum number of days I can rent an item for?
There is no maximum number of rental days, you can rent any item for as long as you want.
How do i set up my binoculars correctly?
Many people often dont get the full experience out of their binoculars. If you feel your binoculars are not as clear as they should be or just want to see how to set them up correctly for your eye the click below.
I'd like to extend my rental, what now?
Contact us at least 48 hours before your rental is due to end and we will see what we can do.
